How can I get 3sixty Freight Match?
You can download 3sixty Freight Match from www.3sixtyfreightmatch.com. You must contact TransCore at 1-800-547-5417 to set up your account and obtain your username and password before using the application.
What is the DAT Network?
3sixty Freight Match taps the DAT Network to deliver loads and trucks you won't find anywhere else!
- U.S. and Canada
- The DAT® Daily and Live are now combined into one
- Owner/operators from TruckersEdge®, OOIDA's® MembersEdge, state trucking associations and portal sites.
What happened to the DAT Daily?
To make posting and searching faster and easier, the DAT Daily and Live databases have been combined into one. There is no need to search and post in two different places. Loads or trucks posted after 4:00 PM Eastern Time automatically appear in search results identified as Daily postings the following day.
Is there a maximum to the number of search results that I get?
3sixty Freight Match can display up to 3,000 search results.
What is Active Search?
Active Search is the best way to keep tabs on specific lanes you work. Active Search looks back in time and continuously monitors a lane for you. Updates, cancellations and new opportunities appear without having to re-run searches.
What is Smart Search?
Save time and keystrokes. Smart Search automatically expands search parameters for you, until the right number of matches is found. Results first meet your specific request, and then the possibilities expand by your choice of age or distance from origin until you get the results you need.
What is Corridor Search?
Corridor search looks for full or partial loads or trucks along a lane. Corridor search is particularly helpful for load consolidators, or minimizing deadheading.
What is Map It?
Map It adds a new dimension to viewing search results. Get a visual display that highlights the relationships between deadhead and origin, the trip itself, and the destination. For a corridor search, Map It shows available pickups along the route.
How does Alarm Match work on 3sixty Freight Match?
When you post a load or truck to the 3sixty network and set an alarm radius, alarm matches immediately deliver matches to you the second they arrive on the DAT Network.
Alarms now remain active all business day.
What type of information can I put in comment lines?
Use comment lines to communicate information about your truck or load to help others make a decision about contacting you. Phone numbers in comment lines are strictly prohibited.

How do I access the Research Tools on 3sixty Freight Match?
There are two ways to access information when you need it.
- One-click access to tools is also associated with each search result, and can be found to the right of the results grid in the lower section of the screen.
- From the Windows® menu bar at the top of screen.
I'm an LTL Broker, how can I find partial loads on 3sixty Freight Match?
When searching for a load, you can select the checkbox for a Full, Partial, or both types of loads on the Search Loads screen.
Financial Services and Protection
What is Assure It?
Assure It indicates that the load is available for registration for protection through the Assurance program. The button links to the Assurance web page.
Assurance is a program for carriers providing assistance in getting freight payments collected. TransCore will pay a $300 credit on a registered load if you aren't paid after 60 days.
Click Assure It to go to the DAT Assurance web page and complete the requested information for the load. There is no limit to the number of loads that a carrier can register for Assurance.
Customers can get assistance from TransCore to collect a debt after 60 days from the date that a load was registered. The system generates e-mail reminders that are sent to customers at 45 days and 60 days after registration.
How do I find credit information about a business?
Click the Days To Pay number to go to that customer's Credit page in the Customer Directory.
What is Days to Pay?
It is the average number of days it typically takes a load provider to pay for hauling a load.
What 's a credit score?
It is an indication of the credit risk of the load poster.
100-78=Low Risk
77-55=Moderate Risk
54-1=High Risk
0=Too new to rate
What is Factor It?
Factoring gives businesses the power to ensure growth without diluting equity or incurring debt. This button links to the Riviera Finance Greenlight™ web site that allows you to factor the load.

I'm not always at my desk, is there a way for me to get calls at a different number?
When you are posting or searching for a load or truck, you designate the contact method you prefer. You can select Phone, Alternate Phone, or E-mail. You can set up your preferred contact method in My Profile.
Can I look at the postings from coworkers in my office or network?
Yes, as part of a group, you can view postings from your coworkers who are assigned members of your group. Turn on or off collaboration options that allow you to view and share posting and search results among your team. Now that's efficient!
How do I add a group?
Click New on the Groups tab of the Administration screen and add the new group
information.
How was the 3sixty Freight Match application developed?
3sixty Freight Match was developed using the Microsoft® .NET framework. The general navigation works just as you experience with other Microsoft applications. The behavior of things like menu and tool bars, right and left mouse click, tabbing, drop-down menus, scroll bars, and column sorting is familiar. Multiple ways to accomplish a function are available to accommodate individual work styles.
